Man's death caused by accidental overdose of cocktail of drugs, inquest finds - Belfast Telegraph

His death was caused by bromazolam, desalkylgidazepam, diazepam, pregabalin and ketamine intoxication, a coroner found at Omagh courthouse on Friday.
