Editorial Integrity and Leadership Initiative (2024-25)

Editorial Integrity and Leadership Initiative (2024-25) is a professional development fellowship for public media journalists, listed for March 1, 2024, with an online, virtual location, designed to strengthen news leadership and ethical decision-making skills. Over nine months, participants receive individual coaching, learn from industry experts, collaborate in small peer groups, and work on a personal project benefiting their newsroom and their own leadership. Participation requires twice-monthly online workshops, additional online meetings with peer groups and coaches, and one trip to St. Petersburg, Florida, starting Sept. 16; the initial Sept. 30 start date was changed to Sept. 16 to acknowledge Rosh Hashanah.
