Mini Lab: Leveraging AI for Video Research Synthesis and Pitch Creation

Mini Lab: Leveraging AI for Video Research Synthesis and Pitch Creation with Alex Clark: Member Meetup in partnership with ONA, Thursday, August 22, 2024, 12:30–1:00pm ET on Zoom (location/city TBA). Explore advanced prompting, sensitive-information security and AI-assisted formatted pitch crafting/editing with mock interview transcripts, articles and sample pitch structures; Clark teaches journalism as a Columbia adjunct, produces AI/misinformation coverage for CBS News, earned ONA/Emmy/Peabody nominations for producing/editing/photography direction at Vox/PBS/NowThis, and is a DOC NYC 40 Under 40 documentary honoree. Register for access to the recording at session’s end; use Zoom’s app on desktop/laptop for best viewing, or tablet/phone (mobile may be harder to view); phone-only dial-in lacks slides/chat/exercises; staff can troubleshoot, Zoom’s support site offers help, and Zoom captions will be enabled in main/breakout rooms.
