INN From the Field: Using Monday.com for Grants Management with LOOKOUT takes place April 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM (Fundraiser; location and city TBA), with LOOKOUT Executive Director Jake Hylton guiding nonprofit newsroom grant management, fundraising and financial oversight staff and leaders step by step through Monday.com, a versatile, free, accessible tool for improving efficiency, impact and grant funding workflows. Topics include workspaces for prospects, applications and awarded funds; customizable pipeline and KPI dashboards; gift charts showing funding sources and fundraising progress; tracking prospective funders and organizations to avoid missed opportunities; and streamlining workflows and team collaboration, with Jake’s template and other free resources shared with INN members. Participants are strongly encouraged to apply promptly for Monday.com’s nonprofit plan before the workshop, allowing 7–10 business days for approval; a step-by-step account setup guide is provided.
