VC x Sidewalk: Matininó Screening

VC x Sidewalk: Matininó Screening takes place October 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Sidewalk Film Center + Cinema, 1821 2nd Avenue North, Fountain Heights, Birmingham, Alabama 35203 USA, and is listed in the Professional Development format. VC is teaming up again for this special, one-night-only screening of the visually arresting, kaleidoscopic Dominican-Puerto Rican documentary Matininó, in which a multi-generational family of outspoken Puerto Rican women conceives and performs fantastical film vignettes to navigate painful pasts. Director Gabriela Diaz Arp will attend for a post-film Q&A; the source listing invites visitors to get tickets.
