Chose your PSA: Pick the series you want in your inbox
Choose your PSA
Over the past few months, Psychedelic State(s) of America has grown from a single newsletter into a whole family of series: a weekly policy briefing, Sunday commentary, regulatory deep dives, book and documentary reviews, an advice column, a column on women's health, and invitations to our live events.
That's a lot to land in one inbox. So starting today, you choose what PSA sends you.
Nothing changes unless you want it to. You're currently subscribed to every series. Keep them all, or switch off the ones that aren't for you. It takes about ten seconds.
What you can choose from
- PSA News & Investigations: breaking news, original reporting, and investigations on psychedelic law, policy, science, and culture.
- Weekly Psychedelic Policy Briefing: the three policy stories that mattered most each week. Curated and reported by PSA Founder Jack Gorsline.
- PSA's Sunday Sound-Off: sharp, opinionated takes on the week's biggest debates, from our team and guest contributors.
- PSA's Regulatory Dispatch: in-depth analysis of the rulemakings, dockets, and comment periods shaping how psychedelics are regulated.
- The Psychedelic Bookshelf: honest book reviews and interviews with the authors who wrote them.
- The Psychedelic Silver Screen: documentary reviews and interviews with the filmmakers who made them, the last Tuesday of every month.
- Alt(her)ed State(s): a monthly column on the intersection of psychedelics and women's health.
- #AskAshley: a psychedelic advice column bringing ethics into the light.
- PSA Events & Livestreams: invitations to our live panels, livestreams, workshops, and in-person mixers.
You can change your picks anytime from the "email preferences" link at the bottom of every PSA email. And when you unsubscribe from one series' emails, you now leave just that series, not PSA as a whole.
Also worth reiterating: PSA has been paywall free since our debut on Substack way back in 2024, and that isn't changing. Not now. Not ever.
Thank you for reading and in turn, fueling the future of psychedelic journalism.
