Washington Senate Bill 5921: “The Washington Medical Psilocybin Act” has failed to advance out of the state’s Ways & Means Committee
The bill faced significant criticism from grassroots advocacy organization REACH WA — who took to the state capitol last week for a lobby day to speak out against SB 5921 and urge lawmakers to amend the bill.
For now, psychedelic policy reform efforts in The Evergreen State have stalled for another year.
